Chief Executive Officer

The CEO provides overall leadership for the Diakite Group of Companies, executing board-approved strategies, managing day-to-day operations, and serving as the primary liaison between the Board and operational management. The CEO ensures alignment across all subsidiaries and drives the group's long-term vision of sustainable value creation.

Chief Financial Officer

Financial Management and Capital Allocation

The CFO oversees all financial operations, including consolidated reporting, treasury management, capital allocation, and investor relations. The CFO ensures compliance with IFRS standards, manages group-level financing, and provides financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Chief Operating Officer

Operational Excellence and Execution

The COO manages operational performance across all six sectors and five countries, ensuring efficient execution of projects, optimization of resource allocation, and achievement of performance targets. The COO works closely with subsidiary management teams to drive operational improvements.

General Counsel

The General Counsel oversees all legal matters, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance across the group's multi-jurisdictional operations. This role ensures adherence to both Common Law and OHADA frameworks while managing contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and compliance protocols.

Managing Director and Leadership Team
